I have just digested the material in the first link. For a 'simple solution' you cover a whole lot of ground!
I am going to have to re-read some of your writing, not because it is couched in jargon, far from it, in fact my thanks go out to you for putting it across to the 'layman' so well.
More so because I do not have your background in physics and am unfamiliar with some of the work you cite, I am going to approach your argument from my own 'map' of experience and knowledge, that of the spiritual explorer.
Are you open to the suggestion that there are many graduations of matter and form? Some that science has yet to perceive. I would put forward that at present we can only investigate light as it presents within a three dimensional system, the same of course applies to matter and form.
My field of study has been within the sphere of consciousness, I would argue that in the creation and maintenance of what we would describe as 'normal reality', you would focus your daily waking consciousness so that it becomes affective within the ranges necessary. Our consciousness is equipped to create realities in other fields as well. In certain dreams and out-of-body experiences, my consciousness has appeared to move faster than the speed of light. This has lead me to speculate that there are indeed universes composed of faster-than-light frequencies that share the same 'space' as our own universe.
My thought is that in our three dimensional system, there is a camouflage structure, that gives the impression of a closed system. This closed system appears as reality within our own framework of limited focus, once the framework is expanded, energy can be perceived to permeate.

I am wary of spirituality and hidden dimensions - because if you depart from rules of science and speculate about things that we do not experience, well it allows anyone to imagine anything with no measure of truth.
If we just stick with the 'All is One and Interconnected' foundation then there is only one science solution, a wave structure of matter in space. From this we can deduce things in physics very well.
In terms of faster than light travel, well the de Broglie phase wave is formed whenever we move relative to other matter waves, and has a velocity of c^2 / relative velocity. So for low relative velocity you get a very high velocity for the de Broglie wave. I think this explains the non local aspects of EPR experiment.
We are definitely structure of the universe (this is why we can see and interact with everything around us in Space). The appearance of solid separate bodies is an illusion. So your comments are consistent with this.

Just as important for me is that we experience the reality of multi-dimensional existence. Shamans have been able to do this through altering vibrational states going back into pre-history.
